[EVENT 1] ASPAI Conference
The Asia-Pacific Process Intelligence (APPI) Network invites researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to submit papers to the 2nd ASPAI 2026, a forum dedicated to advancing process intelligence, AI-driven process analytics, and context-sensitive BPM across the Asia-Pacific region.
APPI Network was established in 2025 to address the region’s unique challenges, including diverse regulatory environments, varying BPM maturity levels, and heterogeneous digital ecosystems, while leveraging emerging opportunities enabled by AI, automation, and process data.
This year’s symposium offers a rich program of activities, starting with an Industry Day in Seoul, continuing with a two-day symposium in Pohang featuring keynote speakers and paper presentations, and culminating in a Process Mining Summer School.

ASPAI Day 1 (Aug 24): Process Mining Industry Day (SEOUL) and Welcome Reception
ASPAI Day 2 (Aug 25): Keynote (by Wil van der Aalst) + 3 Sessions (12 presentations)
ASPAI Day 3 (Aug 26): Keynote (by Jan vom Brocke) + 1 Session (4 presentations) + Discussion Session
Social Events (Aug 25-26 Dinner): Enjoy networking and special experiences during the conference, including dinner at Youngildae Beach and a tour and dinner in Gyeongju, a historic city.
Registration Fee: USD $200 (Note: The fee may be increased if the number of participants increases).
ASPAI Conference + Summer School Combined Fee: USD $300.

[EVENT 2] Summer School
Held concurrently with ASPAI, the Summer School is a two-day intensive education program designed to build core knowledge in the Process and AI fields.
Dates: August 27th – 28th, 2026
Registration Fee: USD $150.
